I am experienced in leading, building and running customer focussed high performing technology and product organizations and a deep passion for understanding what it takes to do so.

I have a background in software architecture and building distributed systems. Over the years that has transitioned to building distributed organizations with an emphasis on flow of customer value. Underpinning this is empowering my teams to work in short feedback loops, continuous delivery, learning and improvement for the sake of customer success, as well as individual motivators such as autonomy, mastery and purpose.
